Scan bran help??

Hi I've never heard of scan bran until looking around this site do I googled it n now I have an understanding and Want to play around with these recipes

So could some body please tell me how much scan bran equates to a HEB or if using as syns then the syn value

Hello!

5 x Scan bran = 1 HEXB

If your not using them as a healthy extra then they are 1 syn per slice.

Just wanted to dig this out again How much do you pay for scan bran at the meetings? I think it is quite dear for the few slices you get...Does anybody know where to get it cheaper or whether there is an alternative? (like getting it from Sweden..haha)

I have no idea what this scan bran stuff is! I cant say i have noticed it at meetings only the hifi bars.
I have just been having wheetabix instead of alternatives with the scan bran. Possibly need to find out what it is and where to get it as not a big cooked breakfast and think alternating wheetabix and fruit with yoghurt will get boring quickly!

Just googled it, apparently you can buy it from health food shops such as Holland & Barrett, not sure on the price though!

£1.35 for a 100g pack ... don't know if that's cheaper or dearer than SW?

Probably cheapest with Holland and Barrett when they have an offer on.
