Scared of eatin all my points!

Yep !! Im only on 29 a day, and seriously i have like 8/9 points left at 10pm, previous to this ive had a good brekkie, dinner n tea .. so i usually have yogurts, crisps and choco .. but it feels so odd that i dont think im loosin weight ...... friday is my weight in day and i dont think ive lost, i recon ile have put on ......... how you gettin on? !! xxxxx
