Hi, would anybody happen to know how many syns are in the Schwartz Slow Cooker Chicken Provençal mix sachets?

(I can find all but the Chicken Provençal) xx

Just incase anybody else was wondering, there's only 103kcal in a 35g sachet, so it's 5 syns. xx

So I'm new to slimming world and I've just made my family the slow cooked chicken provincial. You said it's 5 syns, would that be split per portion? So if I have a quarter of what's in it then only 1 1/4 syns? Also how many syns is a tbsp of tomato purée? Xx
