i can see me having scotch egg and colslaw for tea.lol

I just boiled the eggs, got the lowest sausages you can take the skin off mould around the egg then cover with couscous then put in the oven for 30mins

I never do things like this but my mum told me how to as she just started sw and i fort things like this i love and miss. And will keep me on track if i have in the fridge.

did you spray them with frylight before puttig them in the oven??

im going to get some synfree sausages out the freezer now.lol.

Yes i have my wi tonight 1st one for 2 weeks but i have been good.

No you dont cook it first its just using the cous cous as bread crumbs

They look really great I might try them, sorry to sound really silly but new to this all but which sausages are syn free - are they quorn or real meat?

quorn is synfree and morrisons do some called eat smart sausages which are free on red .x
