I had a bowl of scouse from cafe by work for lunch today. What would i syn within that ?

Should really be free - especially if it was blind without any oil.

However, a cafe probably (& not surprisingly) wouldn't trim meat, so I think I'd bargain for about 8 syns TBOTSS.

If the cafe is really handy, why not ask them how they make it?
