scrummy yet quick easy dinner

    i was struggling to decide on something for dinner tonight, then spotted a little bag of paella rice i got in sainsburys a few weeks ago. on the bag it had a recipe for quick paella. quick fry diced onions and pepper, add pinch turmeric, add 50g rice and fry for 2 mins, add whatever u want in it (i put in some prawns, chorizo) and frozen peas, add 1/2 pint chicken stock and simmer for 20 mins. delish!

    I've made similar to this a few times, really filling, and sometimes chopped up Quorn sausages and fried them in spices to make a (sort of) chorizo style but with no syns!
