How scrummy is the porridge! It wasn't around the last time I did LL - had my first one last night and loved it :D
It does feel a bit like cheating tho cos it tastes like readybrek! I'm worried I should keep them to 1 a day like the bars. What has eveyone else experienced when they have a lot of porridge packs? Any difference to your weight losses?

Haven't heard anyone say the porridge made them lose any less, but I do remember a few people saying that having more than one a day made them a bit constipated and I guess in turn that might "add" to your weight.

Realistically, if you like 'em, have 'em :)

Not got any advice about the weight loss aspect. I really did not like the porrige when I had it, but now I'm on RTM and I'm having cravings so I'll have to get some next week I think.
