Well... first day is gone!:wave_cry:
I have to say it wasn't that hard but I believe my determination to see myself thin for summer time is helping a lot ('only' 4 stone to lose) :eek:
I woke up late, took a shower, went to the store for water and teas, dyed my hair, painted my nails and read half a book. I could not leave the house because I was going to the WC every 15 minutes!!!!:tear_drop:
Tomorrow I am back to work: Interesting to see how i will cope geting up so much earlier and seeing everyone around me eating maltessers at 3 o'clock.:sigh:
I hope I can make it.

Well done for getting to day 2. I think the determination really helps! It has helped me going!

When everyone is eating the maltesers, remember it's not forever and you are going to be slim and that's more important than maltesers.

I don't think chewing gum is advised, but you can have those mint strip things, the ones that melt in your mouth

Can I chew calorie-free gum on the ‘Sole Source’ programme?

It is best not to because chewing gum stimulates the release of gastric juices which in turn will make you feel hungry. Only chew for 2 or 3 minutes if you feel you have to.
