    The great CD, Again!
    Hi all,

Well as the title says, I have been on cd 2 months, but had two big blips this month which has set me right back.

I now weigh the same as I did 4 weeks ago, 15st 1lb:(. you can see my stats below vvvvvvv:sigh:

So today is day 1 again:cry: Must get back into keto and drink, drink and drrrrink:)

Anyone know what weightloss I could expect next week? Do you think I will have the usual bigger first time loss as I'm starting again so to speak? If that makes sense:eek:

    Thanks for any advice:)

hiya, i would imagine you'd be looking a quite a good loss, but even if its 1 or 2 lbs, its in the right direction and not another gain getting you closer to where you started, you've done really well to take stock and go back to into instead of thinking 'oh well damage is done' and keep eating, iv done that in the past, thats where a lot of my diets went wrong!

in 2 weeks time you'll have probably lost what you gained, and who knows maybe more, back to feeling not hungry and even better not bloated

    good luck

oh no this sounds so familiar of all my failed restarts……. Except mine actually fail because i just give up at this point.

you have so done the right thing by getting right back on that hoarse!

i think it will be a good loss but maybe not as good as irst week ie 6lb. That is a random guess by the way

but either way you know by getting right back to it and refusing to be beaten you are totally heading in the right direction and will be where you want to be in no time
