Hey cheer up 4 lbs is a fab loss and you've nearly shifted a stone in just two weeks!!! I don't know any other diet where you can do this. I reckon by next weeks loss you'll be noticing that your clothes are getting baggy. This diet just gets better and better :)

    MiniB Here we go again!

4lbs is a great loss!! You're almost a stone down and probably couldn't have done that on any other diet. Keep going and remember, what you have lost is a lot of weight. You are doing brilliantly so keep up the good work.

I felt the same but like you stuck with it through the 3rd week (4th weighin tomorrow!)... Its worth it you know that but after an amazing 1st week; 9lb, you half expect something similar, dont you hun... Well in a weeks time whe you have another 4lb gone it will feel so much better..... Keep at it, 4lb a week is 16lb every 4 weeks or 17.3lb a month, in other words lots!!!

Well done on 4lb, I am hoping for that this week....

    Hi Peppepig,
congrats on a great weight loss, you should be very proud. I must admit I always felt when I was on a diet I should wake up the next day thin, I know totally unreasonable, but it would be great wouldn't it? It's like an impatience thing with me, a case of well I am on this diet therefore I earned the right to be size 10 immediately without the hard work. I'm still a bit like that but at least on this diet you do wake up every day thinner that the day before. Take some measurements as these can be a great incentive if the scales don't show the loss you expect.
    Wishing you all the best.

    Hi Peppa

Like everyone else has said, that is a great loss - 4lbs! My weight loss has been a bit eratic, but at I am nearing my 2 stone mark in under 7 weeks! Say no more.

You may be looking at other people's weight losses and subconciously thinking you should be losing as much as them, BUT remember, we are all different and have more or less to lose than the next person.

Dont feel down about it, It really is a good weight loss.

Just as a side thing...I still have my Rosemary Conley cards when I used to go and it took me 7 weeks to lose what I lost in 2 weeks! It makes me realise that this diet is phenomenal, and results are pretty quick.

Keep up the good work, and remain positive; it is too easy to get yourself down and then start being negative.

    Have a great week.

My average loss is 2lbs a week!! I 'should' be able to lose that much doing a 'regular' diet, but wasn't, so I am eternally grateful for LT. After years of dieting- I'm now two stone lighter in a few months.

4 lbs is a great loss, and nearly a stone is two weeks is amazing. So well done. You'll have lost over a stone next week, if you stick to it.
