    eat less move more!& mixing it up high protien & shakes
    .. 3lb off so happy with that consider i am a serial picker... got the bars this week so think that will help

    Yay well done. I have got my second weigh in tomorrow and I'm so nervous.. I haven't lost anything on my scales:(((

    well done on the weight loss, im only on day 3 dnt feel any diff hope i lose some on my weigh in on monday.
