Does anyone ever do this? For some unknown reason I turn into a crazy eating everything in sight women the night before weigh in!!

I am good all week and then on a wednesday night its like my body says.. go on, youve been good for 6 days, let rip!!!!

I really plan not to do it tonight as I have weigh in tomorrow and this has been my first week back on Discover and I wasnt fussed on pro points...

Words of encouragement please!!??

It's just your rebel streak lol. I get it too, but i tend to have a mini blow out on weigh in night so that if i'm craving anything i have it then x Stay strong x

LOL! I weigh in the morning being an onliner - its the other 6 days i tend to blow out on.....

Just have a little think about how you will feel when you step on those scales and look down and see your hard work chipping away at your weight (she says as she is doing anything to keep herself out the kitchen) Now make sure you keep me posted on how well you did and how you didn't blow all your hard work - try calling a friend to fill in a bit of time before your wi - good luck.

If you hang on just one day, you can have a treat after your weigh in! I know its difficult as im sat here now wishing I could stuff my face, but I think a bit of perseverance is key! Dont give up! You can do it!

Thanks everyone, I was out last night so resisted the fridge! Why is it that I really think I wont have lost anything!!? And I have kept to the plan and exercised.... fingers crossed!!!!!!!!!!
