September challenge??

Week 1 update... Lost 1 lb :) Was hoping for more but I had a couple of not-so-good days (up to nearly 2000 cal instead of 1000 ooops) and also TOTM. But it's still progress :) Doing 2468 diet in Week 2 so should see a bigger loss hopefully :fingerscrossed: Well done everyone who's showing a loss so far!

Everbody's different hun, but it does seem a bit low for a VCLD. Which one are you doing? Are you making sure to drink plenty of water? Give it another week and jump on the scales and you might see a really dramatic loss. You might just be a late starter and taking your body a bit longer to kick in.

Just found thread as only joined last week and started dieting from 5th and I would love to join, to keep my motivation high. I have lost 9lbs so far and weigh again on Monday. Very happy with that. do not necessarily want to lose 7lb during the month, I would like to lose as much as possible in a month. I'm not too sure how to add myself to the list!!

Thanks Val123 for adding me to the list. So far I've been very good so hope for a good weigh in on Monday, I've even been for a walk nearly every day. Well done beanboy 7lbs is a great loss and well done to everybody else as well. I've lost weight so many times before but always put it back on again and a bit more. It seems my whole life has been ruled by my weight. This time I'm really positive and this website is really great. The people on here are so encouraging and understand what it's like to be fat. I'm sick of feeling like a second class citizen.

Hi, haven't posted in a while as I hadn't seen ANY loss for a while and even a gain :( was getting a bit demoralised as I'd been really good with my diet and exercise. I think I have been gaining muscle but it's still rubbish when you don't see the scales move isn't it! But I now have another 1 lb loss to report! :) Looks like everyone else is doing great and some of you are even going to exceed your September challenge, well done guys!!

ibb, I'm the same as you. Had 2 weeks sts, one week -0.5 and another + 0.5 :( I'm happy to report though I've lost 2.5lbs this week!

I weigh in on a Monday so will wait till then to finish my September challenge, then start October. Have been really good this week so hope it's a good loss.
