September exercise challenge

Great job, Ghost. Not sure we can still call you Chubby!

Chubbyghost you are doing brilliantly to have got back to exercising so quickly after your accident, well done.
Well done to everyone else with your exercise this month.

I have been bad and did not go for 1 run during my 10 day holiday, walked quite a bit though.
Have run 5k this morning, not as quick as usual but didn't push myself too hard. Will be stepping things up quite a bit in the next few weeks as have a half marathon booked for 17th Feb.

I recovered very quickly after my accident.
I believe the rest period which I stuck to helped to ensure that I recovered more or less fully.
The quality of the hospital food got me down to 209 lbs.
Weight is hovering around 209-211 lbs at the moment.

I'm relaxed regarding timescale for getting down to 13.5 Stone or so.
Just will continue with the exercise and watching what I eat.

Not done any exercise since Thursday as I've had a very heavy cold over the weekend.
With being asthmatic I've always had to watch and ensure that I don't take a full blown chest infection.
Hopefully get back into things tomorrow regarding exercise.
