I am not going to take part in Septembers challenge as I go into hospital to have my operation (large abdominal hernia repair) on the 8th of Sept. I will be watching out thou so make sure you all work hard lol. Hopefully will be ok again for Octobers Challenge! Good luck everyone! Jo x

Im setting my September goal lower as I am off on holidays next week, will try and be good but decided that I am taking the week off and enjoying myself, we are off to Lanzarote and are meeting up with some family over from Ireland so will b a busy week, target for September is 4lbs
