September Restarters!

im here, Ive been eating off plan food this weekend but I went for a jog this morning too. got a gorgeous new wool cardie too so nicely wrapped up now
 
I've been terrible!! HELP ME GIRLS!!

I'm finding it so difficult to stick to, I do a few days then fall off the wagon!! I am trying again today, on my second shake of the day and not feeling hungry at all... I have been drinking plenty of water though, which is why I might have been struggling on my most recent attempts - hardly drank any water. It really makes a difference. I really want to lose a bit more weight by christmas, so I PROMISE to log in every day just to keep me motivated!!! Xx

I only lost 2lbs again, and not even TOTM :rolleyes: Hey ho. A loss is a loss I guess. I have been eating more than I should maybe, but have kept in ketosis and have been exercising, so feeling good!
