Setting a target date

After thinking about my ealier post - i am going to set myself a little challenge since i am about only 14lb away from target,

I have my WI's each Thursday evening, and my main goal as from today is to lose 1lb a week..... (smiles if its more).

However i have been known to "beat" myself up if i have had a gain... Not no more. I feel very positive about this and would like to invite you all to join me on my journey.... please feel free to give support and advise or a kick up the arse when i need it....

So its onwards and up or down wards (which ever way you look at it)

My mantra -

I will be at target when i lose my job

I will keep you all informed in my sig.....
