Setting Target

When I joined slimming world on the 4th Jan this year I was asked what I wanted my target to be. I said 2 stone lighter than I was then as I didn't want to have a target that I couldn't achieve. Well I'm almost at my 2stone loss and initial target - lost another 1lb tonight so am 3.5lb away.

So, its got me thinking about setting another target. What are the rules on setting targets i.e can you drop just a couple of pounds each time or do I have to reduce my target by a specific amount.

If you actually call target - then the rules state that you can only drop in 7lb increments - but as you haven't got there yet - talk to your consultant and ask to reset it before you actually call target.
