Im on 3 shakes a day hun with a small meal, ive previously lost 17lb just by cutting the junk out n moving more. I looking to loose 1st 7lb so im back at my weight before I had my children. Goodluck. For me the 1st 2 days was the hardest, today alot easier. Xx

I'm starting Sunday and am dreading the 1st few days, I done tfr b4 and know how hard those 1st days can be.....well done for getting past those! :) xxx

Hehe ull be fine, stay focused. I need to get out of the habbit of daily weighin its driving me mad. Im hoping to take up joggin pretty soon. Ive just placed my shakes order so should be here tomorrow yipeee.
Are you doing anything diffrent in the run up to sunday? Xx

Thanks :) I'm doing nothing yet to prepare apart from eat more!!!! Not good! Lol! I found looking at people's success stories kept me going, massive incentive Seeing there huge losses over such a short time. I need to start looking AND take a naked pic of myself :thumbdown: (lol) to remind me of why I'm doing this! Wot flavour shakes do u like? Have u tried the soups? Xxx

You will be fine Mel, just keep hydrated and take paracetamol for any headaches, by day 3-4 you won't be hungry , I had a few hard boiled eggs as snacks to get me thro the first few days and drank cups of bouillon and come on here for lots of support xx

Lol haha. I avnt tried the soups heard bad reviews so didnt bother. I love the choc n strawberry oh and banana. But all realy tastt. Which pack did u go for? Its weigh in day tmrw :) xx

Ok thanks mummynurse, that's a good idea about the eggs, will cook a couple and keep them in the fridge just in case. I am looking forward to meeting u all when I join the 'new and confused' thread (if I can find it lol!) . I'm not sure how to use minimins properly, there's so much on here lol! Xxx

Xsarah123, I bought a sample pack, one of every flavour shake and soup. Do the soups not taste nice then? Luckily I don't have many lol!

Hi ladies! I've just completed my first week, weighed in today. I started at 17st8lbs and I lost 9lbs to bring me down to 17st13 which I'm delighted about. I'm doing STW VLCD, I'm having 3 shakes a day, water, 1 coffee with soy milk, and a very healthy meal in the evening such as: one grilled or baked chicken breast with green veg (some veg has high carbs). Or salmon parcels with green veg or steak - no fat, with green veg. And although that sounds boring after a whole day of shakes and water, that evening meal tastes AMAZING ! Good Charlie thanks :) I lost 3lbs by my second weigh in, not the greatest loss but I'm still 12lbs down in two weeks.

Well done on your 9lbs!!! :) how u doing? X
