well, i went grocery shopping with hubby today and instead of my usual treat of a cream cake or chocolate bar etc i decided to buy something i hope is much more worthwhile so i bought the shake weight.
i was surprised to find it doesnt use batteries to be honest.
one of the things i do worry about is my bingo wings which im sure are going to get much worse and far more noticable as i lose weight so im hoping that i can help ease that with the use of this.
i tried it when i got it home ( just a quick play around ) and omg, it is so weird to use and doesnt half make ur arms ache :).
has anyone else used it and if so, what have u thought about the results?

I've seen these, they look quite fun! Measure your arms weekly and see what effect they have. I think I might get one
