HI, normally I try and do them at the same time each day cos I'm never hungry now. I have 1 after the morning school run, 1 before the afternoon school run, and the last one when the kidz are in bed.

Thanks guys was jus curious as I was starving this morning so had mine at 7.30am lol..I usually do them after morning school run then jus b4 pick up and then 7pm wen the go 2 bed like u Tracy :) ...nafessa u said wen u remember does that mean ur not Hungary?

I have mine at 7.30am then either at 12pm or 1.45pm depending on work lunchtimes&then I try to leave evening one as late as possible...6.30pm onwards.
Don't think I'd forget to have a shake as it breaks up all the water I drink. X
