Hi all.

Just popped in from the JUDDD forum to ask your advice :D

It is advised for the first couple of weeks on JUDDD (Johnson's Up Day Down Day for those who don't know it!) that you consume low-fat protein shakes on the down days. I have whey protein at home that my husband uses, but to be honest making it up and transporting it to work is a pain!!

I was just wondering how many calories there are in the Slim-Fast shakes that you can pick up ready made in the supermarket? I need to be reaching around 350 calories on the low days, so thought it may be easier to try these.

Thanks ladies! I was hoping they'd be lower so I could have a couple of them. May be worth getting a few in though, especially as they come so highly recommended!! :D
