Hi Everyone!
I'm Saskia and desperately need to loose some weight as I'm going to America to spend Christmas with my family! I've done Cambridge 2 years ago and I lost almost 2 stone in about 6 weeks. Since then I've yo yo with shakes (slim and save & shake that weight) but never seemed to commit like when I was doing Cambridge, probably cause I didn't have a consultant.
Due to me saving as much cash as I can for my holiday I've opted for Shake that Weight since its cheaper and the shakes are the nicest! I'm planning to do TFT (4 shakes a day). I wanna loose about 2 stone or even more in 11 weeks. I'm currently about a tight 16 and I wanna be a size 10 top and 12 bottom. Is that realistic considering I've done it before?
I plan on starting tomorrow and I plan to increase my activity by walking to work and back home which is about a 25min walk.
Can't wait to shift this extra weight I feel like it been holding me back!
