Up to you Daisy but I dont think anyone ever regrets taking some excercise. But take in easy as you are in abstinence- I do a toning class weekly but sometimes have to do the easy stuff with the "even more mature than me" ladies cos I get a bit knackered:)

Hi Daisy,
Sitting here and the rowing machine is calling me, I keep putting it off and I can't make my mind up to go on it or not, if you go to aqua areobics I'll go on the rower. x

it was great, i had tons of energy and really enjoyed myself!!!

Hi Daisy,

I did row, and am about to again now, have just dropped kids off at school had a quick tidy up and am off on the rower again, found it hard going last night as my energy levels are low at the end of the day, but I'm fine now so off I go x

Well we went clay shooting today and then took the dogs for a long run in the forest and I'm bloody knackered! It was enjoyable at the time, but now... eek!
