Would like your thoughts on this one. Have been ss'ing for 15 weeks now, I have had some "blips" due to events and the fact that on a WI night I have been having "something" to last me through the week. I know my weight looses haven't been the best, but that's my own fault for not doing it to the book, but still it's over 3 stone so is more than any other diet.
I have 4 weeks until my hols and was thinking of doing ss+ that way there maybe no blips as a wouldn't feel I was "missing out". I did it Friday and Sunday this week and appear to have put a pound on, but I think that's just my body changing what do you think? Should I go up to ss+ without any "blips" should my loose be about the same do you think?
