Aw thanks danii hope ur ok too! I got them in tesco but I think asda do them too? To be honest I'm a bit fussy with sausages I didnt think they were that nice don't think I'll be having them again. To herby for me. x

Not had a good day!! Started off fine had rice Krispies and milk for breakfast 5pp but there was a buffet in work at lunch for a girl that was leaving and I picked away at it! Had quiche, sausage rolls, key lime pie AND raspberry pavlova!!

Couldnt get any worse with my food decisions today! For dinner I'm having pasta with mince in a tomato and chilli sauce I'm going to guess 16pp for it (having a little extra pasta). I still have 46 weeklies to use and I know I didnt eat 46pp worth today but I'm going to write them off to be on safe side!! Tomorrows another day hopefully it won't affect wi on Monday!

So chicken chow mein arrived swimming in gravy! (isn't usually like that) too scared to eat it after yesterday's escapades! Lol had an omelette and toast totalling 11pp instead so 3 left for a packet of crisps later! x

Well done on your weight loss. This is the first food diary on ww that i have looked at and its good to see that you eat "real foods", it gives some good ideas for when i'm stuck for inspiration..... which is quite often lately.
