I all I have done slimming world on and off for 10 years!! I'm still overweight! I have had 3 children two of them are twins so I'm very busy!

Want to lose 3 stone and have decided to do a diary see if it will help me keep on track! Im off shopping tonight so starting (again) tomorrow! I go to group as well to get weighed.

Any advice about my food diary is welcome ? just hope I can stick to it this time!

Hi there I too as in the same position I have just had a baby 12 weeks ago and I have decided to do slimming world solo I too have 3 stone to lose it very hard to get motivated so I too decided maybe food diary will help get be started :D
 
I have decided to try the extra easy plan on skimming world I'm not sure what that's called I'm from Ireland basically ya have free foods and you gave healthy extra A And healthy extra B witch is bread and milk
Then you also have 15 syns per day for butter treats etc.. I'm not sure if it's the same plan you are doing, it would be great of we could keep each other motivated :D I am off to go my fitness class now I will be back in two hours and I will reply to ya then if that's ok :D thanks
 
Yes that plan sounds the same as England extra easy. I have been following that but keep falling off the wagon!! Just been shopping and gonna do some red days see if it helps.

What fitness classes do you do? I do a few really enjoy them x
 
I have been doing taekwondo for a year then I got pregnant so I am back at it now for the past two weeks since a year it's a great fitness but it's hard on your body so hoping I will see results soon.. Taekwondo is a martial arts I'm not sure if you have ever heard of it. I do think slimming world is a good way to lose weight, I have only tried it once and lost 1 stone my weight loss was slow at first but once I became pregnant I didn't continue with the diet so now I have 3 stone of baby weight to loss to get to my original weight
 
You can do red or green days too, on a red day you have unlimited lean meat, fish and the vegetables and salad but use a healthy extra for the potatoes/pasta you get 2x HEB and 2x HEA the green day is as much potatoes/pasta etc and you use healthy extra for meat/fish. It should explain it in the book a bit better? Xx I like it because of the extra HEBs!!
 
On the plan that I was introduced to seems a lot differents basically you have a choice of bread or creal per day healthy extra A and same with B you have a milk allowance

Thrn basically nearly all fruit and veg are free you eat as much as you like same with mullet light yogurt you can eat them ad much as you please until they are coming out of your eears you can eat potatoes all lean meat with skin and fat removed the only things that you need to syn are butter sauces treats you can eat as much rice and pasta as you please

Ok first day back on red days here goes!

Breakfast- bacon, 2x BGTY sausages (1 syn) tomatoes, eggs

Snack -2x babybel (HEA), 2 x Alpenlight (HEB)

Lunch - cottage cheese, 2x scan bran (2syns) BBQ chicken slices (1syn)

Snack - 2 babybel (HEA)

Dinner - porn stirfy with chow mein sauce (5 syns)
 
You are doing great : D I still haven't fully learn to use this app, today I'm going to visit my In laws for a week it's going to be hard with the eating as I'm staying in their home for the week with the little one so need something to keep my mind focused. The plus side I can feel the pain for the sit up from tkd Thursday night so wohoo for having stomach muscles again.. :D
 
My food diary day two yesterday

Day two going well hopefully with the bank holiday weekend I can keep as motivated

Breakfast- 2 weetabix With banana and milk

Lunch- fruit salad- melon mandarins and plums with 0% fat yogurt

Dinner- chicken stir fry with peppers tomato onion and mushroom and noodles with light soya sauce

Snack- mr freeze pop

Just wondering if I am eating enough?

Looks ok to me I would be eating more for lunch because fruit wouldn't keep me going!! Maybe a jacket with tuna and salad? But that's just me if it keeps you full then that's fine x

Good luck at the in laws I find it do hard when I'm away out of my comfort zone! Do they know your following slimming world? They could maybe get some slimming world friendly stuff in for you?
 
Day three

I have an upset tummy today so I didn't feel up to eating much I hope it's not a start of a tummy bug

Breakfast- two boiled eggs with a glass of oj
Fat free yogurt

Lunch- tuna and sweetcorn brown bread sandwich

Dinner- dry toast

Snack- 7up free ,curly wurly And banana
 
I was feeling fine until I had the tuna sandwich so I have just been sipping diet 7up most of the day since I don't have much of an appetite at present but will try and force some fruit into my later on.

How is your weekend going?
 
My weekend is going ok, the twins are at the stage where they are climbing everything and fighting with each other all the time!! I feel like a referee!!

Eating wise I have done ok, have a glass of wine now they are in bed!
 
You have your hands full by the sounds of it you deserve a glass of wine to unwind for the night.. My little woman has finally gone down hopefully for the night she is a little out of routine with the travelling and staying at her grandparent plus all the cuddles she was getting during the day..
