ok...I am figuring I am on a red day today so
HEA are 350ml skimmed milk and 28g cheddar
HEB are 227g baked potato and 2 slies warbutons healthy inside
Breakfast
Turkey rasher sandwich made with HEB bread and tomato sauce
Lunch
Smoothie made with mullerlight cherry yoghurt, banana, 4 strawberries
Tea
potato from HEB and cheese from HEA plus 4 mini chicken fillets, bit of spread on potato and barbeque sauce.
I have syned the spread with 2 syns (?) and the barbeque saue at 1 syn (?) and I shall be having some rich tea biscuits later at 2 syns each and possible sneak another nuller light in after my run
