Shift workers!

How do you manage shift work whilst on slim fast??
I work day shifts 7:30-20:00 and night shifts 19:30-08:00.
I'm finding both hard! On day shifts I have my shake in the morning, snack mid morning, meal for lunch, mid afternoon snack, shake when I get home from work followed by evening snack. But I'm finding by the time I get home from work I am starvingggg!!
On night shifts it's a little easier. I have my meal before I go to work, a shake at about midnight, then my second shake at about 7am before I go to bed. And my snacks whenever I need them during the night. Is SO hard not eating during night shifts tho. Any tips??
 
I do same although i have yet to do nights which is confusing me! I have been doing it for ages so i replace one shake with 230 cals dinner Shake Snack Dinnner 230cal Snack 600cal tea 8ish Snack

What snacks you having? How about ww soup as your evening snack ? Or may be have 400 calories for your meal and 200 when your home? It may slightly effect weight loss as you eating later but if it keeps you on track dont see the harm They are long days !

I'm the same I do long days, and I wait to get home till I have my dinner!
You could try have your meal at lunch time, then have a shake on your way home ?
 
I don't think I'd be able to wait all day to have my meal when I get home....I suppose I could try it though.
