Monday 18th Jan

Brekkie - (HEA+HEB) Oats so simple, sprinkled with cinnamon, cup of earl grey and an apple

Lunch: SW Quiche and Baked Beans , Chopped Melon and Mango

Dinner: Gammon Steak, SW Chips, Egg and Petit Pois

Tuesday 19th Jan

Had to rush out this morning and had no time for Brekkie so grabbed an Alpen Light Bar (oooops) (heb)

B - 1 Alpen Light
L - Rump Steak, New Potatoes, 1 grilled large flat mushroom, 1/2 grilled tomato, watercress salad, 1 tsp salad cream (2 syns) (at beefeater)
D - Huge Jacket Potato, Tuna and Red Onion Mayo (2.5 syns) and cheese (hea) Vanilla Mullerlight, Alpen Light Bar

B - Huge Bowl of Melon, Pineapple, Blueberries and Grapes smothered in Vanilla Mullerlight
L - Homemade Carrot and Coriander Soup, 1 wholemeal Roll, An Orange
D - Spaghetti Bolognese with HEA Cheese on top

B - Donnies Magic Porridge with a large handful of blueberries
L- Last nights left over Bolognese on a Jacket Potato, HEA Cheddar, Grapes
D - Grilled Spicy Paprika Chicken Breast, Roast Veg and Herby Cous Cous (sweet pot, orange and green peppers, red onion, coriander, chives, lime and chilli) Mint and Cucumber Raita (fat free yog)
