Aw chick, have u got a programme made for you at the gym, I just go in and batter thru it and push myself everytime i'm there.
Before I had the programme done I felt like what's the point but when you have that it makes a huge difference..x

Breakfast
banana - 1.5 pt

Lunch
minetrone soup - 2.0 pts
2 bread - 2.0 pts

Dinner
Chicken escalope in a small bun - 7.0 pts
2 waffles - 3.0 pts
heinz Spagetti - 3.5 pts

Extras
Shape yoghurt - 1.0 pt
milky way - 2.0 pts
grapes - 1.0 pt
low fat custard pot - 2.0 pts

So 25 for today and if i'm hungry later i'll have crackerbread with spread and tomato! lol.x
