I would recommend loads and loads of fruit, veggies and salad. Lean meats, tins of tuna, crabsticks (if liked), eggs, packs of pasta and sauce, 0% fat super noodles, rice, dried pasta, potatoes, sweet potatoes. 0% greek yogurt, fat free fromage frais, fat free yogurts, muller lights, quark, tins of tomatoes, baked beans......

I like to have a selection of dried herbs and spices in the cupboard. They can add so much flavour to otherwise dull meals, and you can experiment with different combinations etc. Plus, a lot of recipes have them in their ingredients list as well.
