Putting together a weekly shopping list for some good PP meals.
Seeing as the food is for myself only , I get smaller portions and less fresh produce as they go off quicker.


What are regulars on your shopping list?

I'm starting my WW journey today and I put together a list last night for my shopping trip today, so far I've got :

WW Bagels
Dairylea Extra Light cheese triangles
WW Ice cream
Bananas
strawberries
Activia snackpots
WW frozen chips
WW hot chocolate


Any other ideas to add to it would be very much appreciated.

Hartleys low fat jelly - 0PP
Activia low fat strawberry - 2PP
Nutella 15g mini pots - 3PP per pot (great for a chocolate kick)
I hate the WW hot choc so I opt for Options :)
Try some mandarin oranges or satsumas instead of banana's and strawberries as they can be very high in fats and sugars.
Skinny cow icecream (the ones that look like magnums) are only 3PP
the WW Chocolate brownie with icecream for 4PP is AMAZING. Doesn't taste like WW
If you're a crisp junkie like myself I'd go for Quavers, Chickatees, chipsticks (in multipacks as they're all 2 PP)
Half a pack of Uncle Bens long grain express rice is 5pp so thats good...
Tuna (small tins) 3PP
Red Peppers, cucumbers, sweetcorn (add tuna and put in a pitta bread..NOM)
Ryvita
Cous Cous
Stirfry in bags are supposedly good.
Philli light
Cherry tomatos (add a sprinkle of salt and its a lunch in itself!! so good!!)

If I come up with anything else I'll let you know! off to the supermarket now :) Will do a Grocery haul post when I'm back :p haha
