I really like the fact that I can have 2 as my healthy extra b, but I'm not too fond of the price tag haha :p Are there any own brand ones that I can still have 2 of?

I don't think so :( All the shop bought ones have a lot less fibre in them than the alpen lights (which have over 4g per bar) or are higher calories and therefore higher syns.

Yeah the only store brand ones are Sainsbury but you are only allowed one for your HEB

The best option is to buy when they are on offer - the oaty bars are on offer for £1 in quite a few shops just now (again only one for a HEB)

Do you have a Home Bargains nearby? Mine sells the boxes of 5 for a £1. They often only have one flavour in stock at a time though.

There's a summer fruits, chocolate and orange, chocolate and fudge and an apple and sultana flavour in the alpen lights. :)
