Should i be eating differant foods?

Hey guys,

Okay.. so i think i got my head around the propoints system.. but what i really want to no is should i be changing what i eat from what i did on the points plan.. otherwise isn't it just the same? for example should i be eating less carbs and more protein ???:confused::confused:

someone please help!
 
From what I gather, the way the new points are calculated means that protein rich foods will be better points wise than carby food. There's nothing to say that you should change what you eat but you may find that you'll get more protein rich foods for your points than carb heavy foods.
