Should I chill out a bit

    some times im feeling im taking this a bit too serious if i eat out my trackergoes with me i write everything down toting the points as i go along, my hubby chuckled at this sunday i was wondering if i was taking it all a bit too serious

    If it's not causing you problems and you don't feel like you're being obsessive or failing to enjoy going out etc then carry on. You and your OH can make a little private joke about it :)

    At least your OH is having a chuckle about it! And I bet he's as pleased as punch that you're working towards a healthier body. As Karenlou said, if it's not causing any problems, keep it up :D
