Should I do 810?

    Just wondering if someone could tell me what sort of weight loss you would expect on 810. I have spoken to my consultant this morning as I can not seem to get back into ss again and frankly its driving me mad!! lol... My consultant has suggested I try 810 instead of giving up completely. I was just wondering how other people find it doing 810 and what sort of results to expect? - sally xx

    Diet:
    Cambridge 810
    I have been doing 810 mostly and find it so much easier to cope with. I don't feel deprived and look forward to some real food.
    My losses range between 2 - 4lb.
    Always lost and never gained.
    If you're happy to lose it at a slower pace then go for it.
