Should I eat all my Healthy Extras everyday?

I've only had 1 healthy extra today (I'm following the Green Plan), should I have another couple or is it okay to skip these?

Hi MMC - this question has been asked quite a few times and basically as much as you don't have to eat them, they've been incorporated into the plans to ensure that you're having the minimum healthy requirement of vitamins, minerals, calcium & fibre (depending on whether HEa or b).

On Green (or Red) you can elect to have 1 or 2 HEa but should really try to have both HEb for the fibre.
