didnt get my pack until lunchtime when i got home, didnt have anything for breakfast. So so far today all i have had is 1 shake.
should i have all 3 today still?

OK thankyou 
think I will have my second one at teatime with my son as I sit to the table with him even when just having a shake. then I will split the last one into 2 and use as coffee whitener and have a couple of drinks thisevening - think it was you who suggested this to make a vanilla latte type thing?
