Should i use all my points each day/week?

    The extra points i gain from exercise - should i save these up for a pig out at the weekend or should i try and use them each day? The last time I did WW a couple of months ago i never lost any weight in 3 weeks- must have been doing something wrong! I do some form of exercise everyday so should earn extra points.

    hi when i earn extra points for exercise i never use them i just saved them,but i did eat all my other points tho x

    Thanks for that Gemma, hopefully this time i will manage to lose some weight! Fingers crossed. Its great reading how everyone is doing.

    you can do either, so long as you only eat a maximum of 12 points earned from exercising in any one week. At least thats what it used to be when I was doing WW.

    You should eat all your regular daily points within the week though

    I never use my exercise points either - but like hedgehog says.. you can only use 12 activity points a week!
