I have been doing EE since I started 3 weeks ago but thought tomorrow I would try a green day.... and I always have the same breakfast, so thought I would try varying that. I bought some shredded wheat today as they were better than half price in Tesco but when I read my book it doesn't mention whole shredded wheat, only shredded wheat bitesize which I actually though were slightly higher in calories than normal shredded wheat (I think I remember this from when I did WW), so question is can I have 28g of normal shredded wheat instead of shredded wheat bitesize as my Hex B choice?
