Thank you ladies...feeling much better with myself today....one more sleep until my baby is home from Italy. We have finished her room and it's a brilliant teenagers room now..all black and white, with new furniture and bedding.

been horse riding this morning and took my mum out for lunch so came off my VLFMs and ate just on 500 calories. Seen a fab dress I might get to wear to the Brits next month...think I need to look trendy, but think Katie Perry and 1D might out shine me! !...what to wear for the RED carpet??
