Forget about what youve ate and how much you might have put on. Pls call your cdc...im sure she'll understand. Get back on the wagon NOW! Theres still plenty of time to lose the 7lbs you wanna. Youve done it in the past and you can do it again.​

There are only 2 choices... either stress on whats happened, get depressed, eat and further put on lbs or look at it as an experience and learn from it by sticking to cd 100%, losing lbs and being happy.​

God! I had an email from my aunt in France. It's just awful. She's only 52yrs old and been battling cancer for nearly 3 years. She's now back in her home with 24hour care and has refused more treatment. The cancer has spread everywhere but she still has her mind. Well, I received an email from her earlier saying all this and more and my god it's so upsetting. I wrote an email back with tears streaming down my face. The thing is my Mum, her sister, died at the same age as she's about to, of cancer, except my Mum's mind was mush in the end. I'm so upset. Mum passed away 5 years ago but it's raw. Anyway I'm off to the gym now to do 30 mins of the treadmil and hopefully I'll feel a bit better after that x

Ive just read your weight loss list you are doing well on 810 plan, im going to have a good think before i drop off this evening to see what plan to do from tomorrow! "Any suggestions"??

And yes from today "ive taken this experince and have DEFO learnt from it."
Im going to txt my cd and see her next wedsday see if i get rid of the damage i have done by wedsday.

Right from today i will come online EVERYDAY till my hoilday !!

Sunshine babe...really wish i could give you a big hug right now. Life is so not fair at times... but nevertheless goes on and we have to live it. Im so sorry you had to go through what you did 5yrs ago and now again. Big hugs sweetheart. xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
 
Shanny, to be honest if you really wanna lose the 7lbs in 3wks i think you should do at least 1 wk on ss and then rest either on ss+ or 810. Just stay positive and remember if you do decide on ss it will only be for a wk which you might find easier knowing youll be going up the plans very soon. If you stick to ss 100% and drink loads i bet you could easily lose at least 4-5lbs in a wk and then youll only have another 2-3lbs to lose in 2wks....less pressure???

I know how you feel but 1lb on is nothing, honestly 1 week on SS and you'll lose 4 times the amount :) :)

Well today i have stuck to ss 100% whoopwhoop andi have drank 3 litres of water (1st time in 3 days) Ive only managed 2 litres a day this week :(

I am dreading my WI tomorrow as i havent had anywhere near enough water and i know i am goign to beat myself up if its a small loss :(

I have an event to attend tomorrow (leavers party) and i am really worried. Everyone is sitting down for a meal and then out on the town for drinks. Its 2 people who i really care about that is leaving my office so i cant miss it but i am afraid of giving in to temptation. I cant sit there and watch everyone eat ???

Thanks everyone and sorry for the hurried outburst..... oh was rushing me out the door as he's up for work at 4am and wanted to get to the gym asap.

Yea it's pretty crap and yes I will talk to my aunt very soon but i'll need to make it morning. She's so dosed up (as you are at the end of your life in this situation) she's sleeping lots so hopefully I'll catch her.

The reason I posted it here and on my diary was because at that moment I wanted to eat a load of comfort food which of course wouldn't have helped in any way. So I posted here, went to the gym,feel a tad better, still want to eat a load of rubbish but I won't. lol too tired to go and get it. At least with the gym, I'm so shattered after that i sleep well.

Anyway thanks again, I'm fine and we need to stay focused and positive. Shanny please don't worry about your blip hun. It's done and you've had good advice so far on here. the great thing about CDC's is that they've either been through the same as us or are going through it themseleves. No-one is perfect and she'll really understand. So no more tears just get back on track and think of how far you've come and what you've already acheived. Sending hugs x

You could do ss+ for the day. Make sure you have loads and loads of water and a CD meal before you go. Then order a plain chicken breast and green salad or veg. You can adjust any meal on the menu to suit you, just ask. You'll stay in ketosis and won't do damage. Don't drink alcohol tho as it's really dangerous on CD xxx hope this helps
 
You wont blieve how much youve helped sunshine. i have been so worried about it :) I wont drink as im driving. It was the food that i was scared about.

Brilliant! Em.....can't remember why it's dangerous but being told that was enough to keep me away from alcohol. Probably to do with such low calories. Also, being drunk would be harder to stay on track food wise. Sometimes you have to have days where you move up a plan to suit your needs. It's not ideal and we shouldn't make a habbit of it but if it means keeping us on track and still having a life then it's worth it. Also if you know where you're going, I would look up the menu online so you know in advance what you'll have. Then you will be really prepared on the night and won't need to look at the menu and get tempted. I actually took a menu to my CDC at the start to ask her what the best options were for me. I learnt so much from that :) x

You need at least 2.25litres a day on CD. Off CD we need 1.5ltrs a day( if you exercsie you need more) but because the CD meals are so packed with nutrients and all that we need, they are really concentrated so you need to dilute them. I have better losses when I up my water to 4 litrs but finding that tough at the moment and only getting through 2! When i was having shakes I always made them with 1 pint of water so i was taking in more throughout the day plus I used to have loads of mint tea. It's good to flush out your system too x
 
Don't be nervous hun about your wi. No point in that at all. Think about your monthly losses tho not weekly. You're going the right direction and thats the important thing. Don't get bogged down with the scales. Just enjoy it x
 
I know, it doesnt stop you feeling low though does it lol. I am thinking positive (well trying)
I think its because i had a big loss on the 1st week so i am expecting too much now. I have set my standards too high.
Right im not gonna moan anymore. The fact is my weightis going down and that is all that matter :p
