HI all,

Well, here I am yet again! Hoping that there might be some people who remember me, but if not, hello everyone!

I have not logged in to Minimins since 2011 and my post then was talking about how I'd gained back all of my previously lost 4 stones and was bigger than I'd ever been. Well that changed and I gained even more - so, here I am, back again.
However, *this* time, I'm saying hello after having been on Slimming World for over a year, so I'm currently on a 5 stone loss! (Yes, I'm not sure how I did it either) That said, I still have a huge pile of weight still to go. I haven't set a target because I find that I struggle with self sabotage when I do. In fact I don't even set a weekly target at group for the same reason - too much pressure.

Recently I'm been struggling a bit with my motivation, also I'm starting to feel as though i should be exercising, although I don't have any motivation to do so - what sort of thing do you lot do?
