    This is my very first SW Food Diary, I wondered if anyone could have a look and let me know what they think?

    Breakfast - None (I slept in until 11am, then had to shop for food so didnt eat until 2pm, but I intend to eat brekkie everyday from now on)

    Lunch - 3 Quorn sausages with 2 boiled eggs (Both free?)
    1 Asda w/m pitta (HEB1)
    1tbsp Helmanns Light Mayo (2syns)
    Sliced tomato (free)

    Snacks - 2 Oatcakes (5syns)
    1 banana (free)
    1 Mullerlight (0.5syns)
    350ml skim milk (HEA1)

    Dinner - Roast chicken with mashed swede/carrots, cabbage (free)
    Gravy (2syns)
    butternut squash (free) with 1tsp olive oil (HEB2)

    I am doing a red day.

    Breakfast - Banana

    Lunch - 1 pitta bread with chicken and 28g houmous with a carrot, courgette and tomato salad and 1tsp olive oil

    dinner - turkey mince made with tinned tomatoes, fry light, tomato puree, onions, carrots, celery...with some rocket leaves

    hea - 350ml skim milk
    heb1 - 55g asda wholemeal pitta
    heb2 - olive oil

    syns - houmous - 2.5
    mullerlight yogurt - 1

    Red day
