Thank you, I'll stick with 3 in case it was really high! Didn't really get out of breath just plodded along! Will have to put more effort into it next time lol

Thanks Si...told you I was thick...lol... my son is also ADHD and dyslexic so I know what you mean hope the meds make a difference it did for Gareth x
 
I hope so, love her to bits but boy can she be hard work ;-)

what meds is she on ....my son is on Concerta xl now at 36mgs ..he is a lot calmer can concentrate more and hid grades are up in school ?
 
She's just had them upped to 20mg instead of 10mg of methylphenidate hydrochloride as it just wasn't helping, today was last of old dose so will see what she's like tomorrow on 20mg! Fingers crossed.

He did mention a 12 hour tablet not sure what it's called but because I cant get her to swallow tablets yet, she's only 6 I have stay with these until I can. X

Hi Si ...foods lookin scrummy... the concerta xl that my son is on is a 12 hr slow release one ..hes been on it four years now ...it seems to work for him ...good luck with yours x
 
strange day today, wasn't feeling my best this morning so dropped dd off at school and come home to bed!! something i'd never do usually go off for a run. although i didnt sleep the whole time, i dont think, i was dozing till 1.30pm!! felt very tired rest of day so will have an early night and hope i'm not coming down with something.
