Been to Drs today, going to have a coil fitted, that should sort me out!

Am also on tablets for a nail infection that cause increased appetite so dr wasn't surprised I'd gained weight with the combination of both pills!?! Cheers for that dr lol

So next week hopefully I'll be able to take charge and sort my weight out until then will just have to persevere with tablets hey ho!! Xx

After a very food oriented weekend I am back on track with avengance.. Have managed since friday to eat 42 of my weeklies2, was going to forget about diet for weekend as was pee'd off but tracked everything i had anyway, pleased its still managed to be within weeklies but feels odd as i've never really used them to that extent before.
