Sian's 2015 restart - time to shift the weight once and for all!

I found two new things in Tesco tonight which people might be interested in:

Hoisin duck salad bites

<img src="http://www.minimins.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=94475"/>

And prawn salad bites

<img src="http://www.minimins.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=94476"/>

Both of these are 115 calories or less, which is less than the M&S salad bites, so there's probably less than 2 syns by comparing them to the others. They make a nice change! Xx

Oh they look good !!!!
I tried the pork ones from m&s yesterday they were yummy but couldn't find the syns ??!! It came with a sweet chilli dip x nom nom

Glad you got on ok at the drs !!! And got a bit off eye candy to look at ;)

Re: Sian's restart diary - third time lucky! :-D

Hiya! I'm not sure how many syns exactly, but based on the marks and spencer ones I'm going for 2 syns.

I've had an absolutely terrible day in work...nothing but stress and crap from one end to the other! As a result I've pretty much eaten everything in the cake aisle in Tesco :eek::eek: So ashamed of myself, and I've completely wrecked my week now! Must have had about 150 syns in one binge! :(:(

Ah Sian :( hope you're ok xx

Times like these show us that we haven't really beaten our demons/triggers, just that we're controlling them well most of the time.

Know it's a cliche, but draw that line, forget it, and move on. Don't do like I have and let it drag on for weeks xx

Re: Sian's restart diary - third time lucky! :-D

Afternoon ladies!

Another lovely day! I'm one exhausted Siany after having to teach three lessons extra to year 10 because we had the audacity to complain yesterday that maybe our results would look better if management hadn't cut 1/6 off our lesson time over the course of the year. So that was their little punishment for us...kn*b jockeys! Grrr! :mad:

Despite that, I'm a lot more positive today, and I'm even taking myself off to kettlebells tonight, woooo! I haven't been for five weeks though so I shall be aching tomorrow! It might help to burn off some of yesterday's calories though, haha! :D Especially in this heat. I must remember to drink plenty while I'm there!

I hope you've all had great days, and thanks for the support yesterday, you're all fantastic! :) xxx

Re: Sian's restart diary - third time lucky! :-D

Yay to the positivity and kettlebell-ing! I don't know if we have classes round here for that but its meant to be awesome for all over toning.

Boo to the extra work at school :(

Have fun tonight and remember to drink plenty!! Xxx

Ooh kettlebells - I've been thinking about doing that, but can't find a class near me... I know if I bought some and said I was going to do it at home, I'd never get round to it, as evidenced by the pile of DVDs/Wii games in the corner of my lounge!

Morning ladies! Just a very quick post as I need to get ready for work, but I'm reporting in with a sts this morning. It's not great, but after Wednesday's binge I'm probably lucky. Never mind, onwards and downwards! Hope you all have a great day! Xx

Saturday 8th June (Green)

Morning all...just! I'm in Haverfordwest doing some shopping for father's day. And myself naturally! Holland and Barrett had a sale, buy one get one half price, so I bought some scan bran for the first time. Scan bran cake here I come!

I'm sitting down in a pub waiting for my lunch at the moment...I'm being very virtuous and I'm having a cheese and ham salad with a jacket potato. Go me! What I actually wanted was a great big juicy burger, but my halo is still intact! :-D

Let us know why you think of cardboard cake :) The chocolate one on slimmingeats.com with the golden syrup is about the best one I've bad, but apparently a carroty type one is the best (not done that yet).

Will do! I hope it's nice as it looks like ceiling tiles in the packet!

I'm out in the park doing a bit of sunbathing with my kindle...check out the pasty white legs! This is their first outing of the summer! :D
