Hello to all of you. I'm sorry I haven't been in touch at all over the weekend. It's past midnight so technically it's Fathers Day. I just feel so sad, and I want to cry and just collapse in a heap and do nothing. Stupid hey! Behaving like a twit isn't going to bring him back, so I might as well just man up and stop being an idiot

Supper:

Morrisons NuMe chicken in red wine sauce with garlic potatoes - 8pp (the use by date was yesterday but I'm going to risk it! )
Cauliflower
Broccoli

Snacks and drinks:

WW chicken crisps - 2pp
WW cookies - 2pp
WW mini roll - 2pp
WW chocolate, raisin and caramel bar - 2pp
Tesco sausage - 2pp
Quavers - 2pp

Thank you all for your kind words and support. I had my cry when I got home last night, and this morning, and now I'm feeling a lot better. I think the anticipation over the last couple of weeks has been worse than anything...knowing that everyone on Facebook would be posting messages to their dads, and photos, and competitions on the radio.

I'm proud of myself though...I've resisted the urge to comfort eat and stuff my face full of chocolate. Go me!

I'm not good at sharing my food hun...that's why I need to be on a diet! Haha! It is a big step for me not to comfort eat as I've always allowed my emotions to have a massive influence on what I've eaten. Perhaps I'm finally turning over a new leaf xx
