There are loads of things you can have.
- Slices of lean Ham rolled up with Pease Pudding in the middle
- MugShots (The 1% fat variety are free)
- Fat Free Supernoodles
- Chunks of lean Chicken/Meat
- Tinned Tuna (I eat it out of the can with lots of salt & vinegar)
- Homemade Hummus (chickpeas blended with garlic)
- Soup/Broth (make up a batch of free homemade soup to have handy whenever you're feeling peckish)
